Conference Description
On Wednesday January 20th 2016, PDCI will host a one day conference for local organizations looking to learn more about using mobile devices (i.e. phones & tablets) and interative web technology. Workshops are designed by student leaders enrolled in PDCI's iCoach program to demonstrate the way these technologies can supplement how your organization shares information with the public and within your organization.

iCoach - About Us
Never heard of iCoach? - PDCI is home to a unique program in its third term. As students in the iCoach program, we work collaboratively with teachers to plan lessons whereby iPad technology and other web applications are integrated into the classes to enhance classroom instruction. We also create promotional videos and materials for PDCI as well as undertaking other projects within the Perth community.
Last year students in our course organized and lead two successful conferences for teachers and educators across Eastern Ontario. Our conference focus this year is to share our knowledge and skills with local organizations looking to leverage mobile technology in new ways. Although we are high school students, we feel our unique ability to use mobile technology can assist those organizations looking improve their digital presence and work more efficiently.
